1. strategy同tactics的比较：strategy通常指总司令在战役中下达的领导大型移动方向的战略，而tactics则是掌控战斗中的以及解决临场问题的战略。从实质上来说，tactics仅属于strategy在战役活动中设置好的机械运动。strategy是使同敌人接触的策略，而tactics则是在与敌人对战时如何运用。
