Smile, as a universal(普遍的) language, spreads happiness throughout（遍及） the world.

There are many benefits（益处） of smiling. Firstly, it brings happiness, which accumulates(积累) to contribute（促成） to longevity（长寿）. Furthermore（而且）, smiling a lot means being confident, which plays an essential（不可缺少的） part in one’s success. In addition, smiling shows that you are content（满意的） with your life indicating（表示） that you possess（拥有） a healthy attitude towards life.

So I choose to smile a lot. I smile to my parents as thanks for caring of me. I give a smile for my friends for their forever encouragement. I also smile at myself to make myself an enthusiastic（热情的） person.

In a word, no matter whether life is beauty or duty, I will accept all with a big smile.

As the saying goes, smile is a ray of sunshine（一缕阳光） inspiring（激励） others and brightening（照亮） your own soul as well. I want to smile, sincerely（真诚地） at everyone.

I want to smile at my parents with thanks when they fetch（端来） a cup of coffee at midnight, to friends sharing victory news, with my congratulations, at a little children for their pure（纯洁的） hearts, and to a stranger for her apology when she steps on my foot and moreover（而且）. I want to smile at myself to ease（使放心） my anxiety（担心，忧虑） to gain self-confidence and optimism（乐观主义）.

In a word, I will keep smile on my face and I hope one day smile will be seen on anyone’s face. And that is, doubtlessly（无疑地）, harmonious（和谐的） world.
