Nowadays,no one can deny the fact that almost everyone feels stressful at work.Stress refers to a state in which are feels depressed,or said because of competition among workmates,a tough boss,promotion or demanding jobs.

Different people have different ways to deal with pressure.

There are some major ways to relieve stress.Firstly,(可以写some people ignore negative positive on-the-job learning，work over time等)

In my opinion,promotion gives me a lot of stress.I have to work harder to meet the reguirements.Only in

this way will I get promoted in the near future.

三、Failture and success 写作要点：

1、每个人都会经历失败和成功。通常人们更喜欢成功，因为成功会带来财富和更好的生活。

2、失败和成功有密切的关系，当失败时，人们就会有新的想法，做出新的尝试。有一句老话，失败是成功之母。人们会从失败当中学到更好东西。但太多失败也会让人失去信心。
