电动门调试步骤

I&C MOV Commissioning Procedure No. 1 检查项目 CHECK ITEMS 联系机务专业到现场配合调试，确认全开全关位置。 Ask mechanical department for cooperation to conform the full open and full closed position. 确认电动门配电箱相应电动门开关下口没电。 2 Make sure that there is no power on the lead-out termination of the commissioned MOV. 进行电源电缆回路测试，绝缘测试，确保电源电缆通路无误。 3 Do the IR and continuity test of the power cable to make sure that there is no mistake on the power cable. 就地电动门手摇至全开全关位置，如果开关灵活，停在中间位置。 4 Move the MOV to full open and full closed position by manual handle. If it operates fluently, stop at the middle position. 在就地及电动门配电箱都有人时，保持通信畅通，给电动门送电。 5 Energize the MOV on the condition that there are people on both the MOV distribution panel side and field MOV side and unblocked communication. 查看电动门正反转是否正确。 6 Check the close and open direction. 按步骤调试电动门，定开关位置（手动至全关位置，倒1/3圈为关到位，手动至全开位置，倒半圈为开到位）、力矩等信息。最后实验就地操作。 7 Commission the MOV according to the instructions. Finalize the full open（move to the open end and turn back 1 circle as full open position） and closed (move to the close end and turn back 1/2 circle as full closed position) position, torque. Check the local operation. 打到远控模式，试验远控。 8 Shift to remote mode and check it. 远控试验无误后，切换到就地模式，停掉电源。 9 If it works well in the remote mode, change the MOV to local mode and turn off the power. 调试完成后，添加阀门信息到调试记录中，包括阀门编号、名称、功率、开关时间等信息 10 Make the commissioning record including the MOV KKS No. specification, open and close time and so on. 临时记录/Temporary Record： NAME DATE 1
