摘要： The invention relates to a method and apparatus for preventing the damagecaused by water leaks affecting pipelines of buildings where the heating pipes and / orwater supply pass through protective tubes and where connection boxes are used toconnect these pipes. At least one of the connection boxes (1) is provided with a pipe (3)connected to the discharge line. Each protective tube (5) is connected sealingly to thewater at this junction box, its other end being sealed. The connection box (1) serves as aninspection housing for the leak detection. It is watertight and provided with elements forthe connection of protective pipes (5). The apparatus also includes seals affixed to theother end of the protective pipes (5). Water from the drain pass of the latter to thejunction box and then into the sewer via the discharge pipe (3).
