摘要：An electrically-driven vehicle includes: a rotary electric machine; an electricpower storage device; a communication device communicable with a server on the outsideof the electrically-driven vehicle; and an electronic control unit configured to control

external charging in which the electric power storage device is charged by using electricpower that is supplied from a power feeding device on the outside of the electrically-driven vehicle. The electronic control unit acquires information from the server, theinformation indicating a degree of tightness of electricity supply-demand balance at adestination of the electrically-driven vehicle, and then prohibits execution of externalcharging promotion control for urging a user to perform the external charging at thedestination in the case where the acquired information indicates that the degree of thetightness is higher than a reference level.
