3.各市州的人口，是普查登记的2010年11月1日零时的常住人口。常住人口包括，居住在本乡镇街道、户口在本乡镇街道或户口待定的人；居住在本乡镇街道、离开户口所在的乡镇街道半年以上的人；户口在本乡镇街道、外出不满半年或在境外工作学习的人。 4. 家庭户是指以家庭成员关系为主、居住一处共同生活的人组成的户。 5. 文盲率是指全省常住人口中15岁及以上不识字人口所占比重。　　a. All figures above are machine results of the 2010 Population Census.

b.ThepopulationcensuscoversallnaturalpersonsresidingintheterritoryofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaandtheChinesecitizensresidingoutsidebutnotpermanentlysettleddowninlocationsbeyondtheterritoryofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaatthecensusreferencetime,excludingforeigners temporarily staying in the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

c.ThepopulationofeachcityandtheXiangXiautonomousprefectureistheresidentpopulation,whichwasregisteredonzerohourofNovember1,2010.Residentpopulationofagiventown/streetinclude:peoplelivinginthecurrenttown/streetwheretheirhouseholdregistrationislocatedorwiththeirhouseholdregistrationtobesettled;peoplelivinginthecurrenttown/streetandleavingthetown/streetoftheirhouseholdregistrationforover6months;peopleleavingthetown/streetoftheirhouseholdregistrationforlessthan6monthsorworkingorstudyingoverseas,withtheirhouseholdregistrationlocated in the current town/street.

d.Populationoffamilyhouseholdsrefertohouseholdsconsistsofpersons,bondedbyfamilyrelations,stayingunderthesameroofandsharingliving arrangement.

　　e. Illiterate rate refers to the population over 15 years of age who cannot read divided by the Resident population of the Whole province.
