摘要：To provide a laminating apparatus and methods that enable one to reduce theamount of warping of the workpiece considerably during heating at the laminating

section in comparison with conventional methods. The laminating apparatus is used in thelaminating method where internal filling material is melted by heating, wherein anapparatus is equipped with a laminating section that has upper and lower chambersseparated by a diaphragm. The workpieces which are ready to be transported to thelaminating section described above is preheated by plural pre-heaters.
