摘要：An apparatus and a method for treating hosiery articles, with at least two fork-like forms arranged next to one another and intended for stretching on the hosieryarticles, as specified, the hosiery articles (11) being subjected to a spring check and to
drying and then adjacent forms (14) being brought into a position parallel to oneanother, so that the hosiery articles (11) folded about their longitudinal axis can betransferred to a downstream packaging line for folded introduction into sales packs. Bymeans of a selectively activatable deflecting device (120), the hosiery articles (11) can beremoved from the direction of transport (101) to the downstream packaging line andconveyed by means of suction assistants, via a suction line (84), to a downstream boxingmachine for non-folded introduction into sales packs.
