摘要：A process arrangement in the short circulation of a paper machine comprisesdevices (-) for dilution of thick stock, centrifugal cleaners (), and a headbox fan pump (), aswell as a pipe system connecting these. There is a direct flow connection from the

centrifugal cleaners () along a pipeline () to the headbox fan pump (), through whichpipeline () a centrifugally cleaned stock flow (F) is passed direct to the headbox fan pump() without any deaeration or dilution stages in between. A secondary line () is connectedto the pipeline () for passing through it part of the centrifugally cleaned stock flow as areturn flow (F) back to the thick stock dilution devices (-). By this arrangement it can beensured that the pressure on the suction side of the fan pump () remains substantiallyconstant.
