摘要：In some aspects, the invention provides systems for analysis of protein-proteininteractions in which the luminal domain of Ire1p, or homologues thereof, is replaced withthe domains of heterologous proteins of interest that then mediate either homo- orheterodimerization of the chimeric fusion proteins to activate a reporter system that maybe based on the unfolded protein response pathway (similar to the native activity ofIre1p).
