摘要：Aqueous solutions with a content of 5-20% by weight of ionic surfactants mayhave their viscosity increased by an addition of 1-5% by weight of a polyol monoether ofthe formula R'-(OC2H4)x-O-(A)-(OH)n-1 in which -(A)-(OH)n-1 is the radical of an aliphaticpolyol having 2-6 C atoms and n hydroxyl groups or of an addition product of up to (6 -X) mol of ethylene oxide with such a polyol monoether, and optionally by addition of upto 10% by weight of an inorganic electrolyte salt. The ionic surfactants are preferablyalkyl ether- sulphates.
