In the class, we took an active part in the Simulate job fair in which some student simulated the interviewers while others regarded themselves as the interviewees, which brought me deeply thought. Not only the friendly face contributes a lot to the possibility of success, but the better command of the interpersonal skills as well as the ability of showing unique talent are also conductive to win the job.

In my case, I have a strongly desire to discover a qualified astronomer with both adequate knowledges of universe and keen interest in numerous planets and stars, which seems to be incredible and difficult. Fortunately, there are so many interviewees intend to gain the job with confidence that they are competent for the job. After reflecting for a couple of time, the one who is fond of observing the sky in the night and would rather arrange the schedule more casually impressed me a lot, which means I am bound to hire him without any doubts.Moreover, I claim that interviewees ought to attach great significance to the communication ability even the questions they asked from which we have the power to identify someone more accurately in some ways. Finally, I prefer to be the translator, thinking that I can spend my day time arbitrarily and make acquaintances with various people, which may offer me impulse to do the job.

From my perspective, nothing is more essential than the ability of showing one’s talents. As we all known, in the short interview, no one can reveal his all talents, even the half will be impossible, so how to show one’s talents properly is the difficulty for interviewees. If you just simply state to the interviewer with straight purpose, the interviewer may be misunderstood that you are so confident that you are likely to be bragging. Only

demonstrate your particular talents and characters appropriately can you win the job. To start off with, you need to introduce yourself more carefully, such as your academic achievements, your major, and so on. Additionally, try to answer the question given by the interviewer more considerately and perfectly, which does good to show your analytical and thorough thought. Furthermore, ask three questions you have already prepared elaborately. You are supposed to show your specialty neither in straight ways, nor in the oral speaking, but in the details where interviewer may discover your particular feathers without suspense.

Briefly speaking, whether you win the interview or not is highly likely to depend on whether you show your specialty appropriately.
