摘要：The invention creates an oscillator circuit, in particular for a refresh timer deviceof a dynamic semiconductor memory, having a capacitor device (C; C′) which is connectedbetween a first node () and a first supply potential (P); a current mirror circuit (T; T) forsupplying a charging current for the capacitor device (C; C′) which is connected via a first

transistor device (T) to the first node () and which has a current source (SQ) for supplyinga substantially temperature-independent reference current (Iref); a second transistordevice (T), which is connected between the first node () and the first supply potential (P);a comparator device (COMP) with a first and a second input (+, −) and an output (A), thefirst input (+) being connected to the first node () and the second input (−) beingconnected to a reference potential (Vref); and a control signal generating device (INV; L;G) for generating a control signal and applying the same to a control terminal on the firsttransistor device (T) and to a control terminal on the second transistor device (T); the firstand second transistor devices (T; T) and the control signal being configured in such a waythat the capacitor device (C; C′) can be charged via the first node () when a potential(Vcomp) at the first node () is lower than the reference potential (Vref), and can bedischarged via the first node () when the potential (Vcomp) at the first node () is higherthan the reference potential (Vref) such that the signal at the output (A) oscillates.
