electrodes.SOLUTION: A socket connector 10 includes a socket housing 11 and a basehousing 31 having a base-side reference plane 100 and a base-side salient 422 protrudingfrom the base-side reference plane 100. In a combination state, the socket housing 11includes: a socket-side reference plane 110 facing the base-side reference plane 100; asocket-side recess 70 hollowed from the socket-side reference plane 110 so as not tointerfere the base-side salient 422; and a socket-side interference part 712 facing a partother than the base-side salient 422 of the base housing 31. When the socket-sideinterference part 712 faces the base-side salient 422 in the formation process of thecombination state, the socket-side interference part 712 contacts to the base-side salient422 to impede the formation of the combination state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
