So maybe some of you can make much better achievements than Churchill~~haha~~just for fun. Now let's start the speech.

On November 30, 1874,Winston Churchill was born to an aristocratic [ˌærɪstəˈkrætɪk] family in England. In 1881, Churchill,a 7-year-old child of the nobility, was sent to a school, but Churchill was the most mischievous [ˈmɪstʃɪvəs] and the most greedy student in school.

Beyond everyone's expectations, Churchill's life was not mediocre [ˌmi:diˈəʊkə(r)].

He depicted a great picture that no one had ever accomplished

[əˈkʌmplɪʃt].

So as far as I'm concerned, I think a great man who has made a big achievement may have an awful childhood, but can also be somebody by his efforts, like my New Oriental [ˌɔ:riˈentl] teacher's saying\"The worst student can also be a great man of the efforts.\"

Do you know how many lectures had Churchill delivered [dɪ'lɪvəd]? I tell you the truth that I don't know the exact number. Nevertheless [ˌnevəðəˈles], at least I know he had given lots of famous speeches, such as “the Iron Curtain Speech”, “the Secrets of Success” (at the Oxford University, 1948),BLOOD, SWEAT [swet] and TEARS, and so on.

\"I have three: the key to the success of the first is, never give up; The second is that never, never give up; The third is, never, never, never give up.\" Said Churchill.

And as you know his words always make people stirring ['stɜ:rɪŋ] and insurgent [ɪnˈsɜ:dʒənt]. During the Second World War, Churchill made a very famous speech which is named\" BLOOD. SWEAT and TEARS\".

In this speech, Churchill said\" You ask. What is our policy? I say it is to wage war by land, sea and air. War with all our might and with all the strength God has given us, and to wage war against a monstrous tyranny never surpassed in the dark and lamentable catalogue of human crime. That is our policy. You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word. It is victory. Victory at all costs—victory in spite of all terrors—victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival.\" As you can see, Churchill's words are always exciting and encouraging. If England hadn’t had Churchill, probably they couldn't have won the war.
